Born and raised in Irmo, South Carolina, Huss Fennell moved to Myrtle Beach to attend Coastal Carolina University and decided to make the Grand Strand his home upon completion. With a career in real estate that began in 2001, Huss developed a deep understanding of the housing market before transitioning to retail mortgage lending in 2014. Since then, he has been dedicated to helping clients navigate the home financing process with expertise and personalized service.
