August 13, 2023If you’re looking for someone who is all about you Chris is your guy. Seriously I’ve known Chris 4+ years and surprisingly only have met him in person 1 time (our fault) When my wife and I heard of Chris it was our first house, we started the process and then decided to up and move to NC. Chris didn’t get upset because he’s not trying to sell us, he genuinely cares and wished us his best. We had a horrible experience with our lender there and I’d ask Chris questions without any hesitation he tried to find the answer if he didn’t know since different states have different regulations. Eventually we moved back to PA. While trying to buy a house here I made a mistake and entered a wrong number. My own realtor team turned their backs on me, but not Chris. He worked hard for me, he defended me and even when I almost backed out on the house because of my realtor team he supported me. Chris is one of the busiest guys I’ve met that will always try to make time for you. Even today weeks after we settled and moved into our house I texted him that I had a question about escrow, and I wasn’t expecting him to call being later on a Sunday especially when I can hear the fun going on behind him. To Chris you aren’t another number or just a paycheck. To him you’re a person/family that he truly wants the best for and I hope that everyone gets the chance to experience the professional, straightforward, hardworking and caring person that Chris is. My family thanks him for being him.

We enjoyed the couple "extended" phone calls to help us understand while we went through our first home buying process. Chris is very easy going and easy to talk to. Chris was amazing and helped us buy the house we dreamed of. Chris went through all the steps to keep us informed and give us as much information as possible to chose the correct mortgage. Chris and his team contacted me 3 weeks before closing and said "Nate rates are down today would you like to re-start and save around $250 a month." With a little less than 3 weeks till closing Chris managed to save us $250 a month on our mortgage and still close on time with a pretty good rate. I would recommend Chris and his team to friends and family. If we ever decided to purchase another property we will definitely give Chris a call!
